Broad Street Butcher Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 pkg. Broad Street Butcher Seasoned Sirloin Shaved Beef Steaks, frozen (2 pieces)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
4 oz. baby bella mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices Provolone or American cheese
2 sub rolls
Directions
Cook the steak pieces in a large skillet according to package directions. Remove the cooked steak from the skillet and set aside.
Return the same skillet to medium heat and add 1 tbsp. oil. Add sliced peppers, onions, and mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender and lightly browned, about 5 min.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix everything together. Top with cheese and heat for about 30 seconds or until beginning to melt. Transfer to sub rolls
