Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) Broad Street Butcher Shaved & Marinated Chicken Breast, frozen

1 avocado, ripe

1 lime, cut into wedges

Salt and pepper

4 oz. tortilla chips

6 oz. Monterey jack, Colby jack or cheddar cheese, shredded

1 jalapeno, sliced thin

1/3 cup tomatoes, diced

1/2 red onion, diced

¼ cup black olives, sliced

2 scallions, sliced

Salsa and sour cream for serving

Directions

  1. Cook two frozen Broad Street Butcher Shaved & Marinated Chicken Breast pieces (8 oz.) according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the avocado with a squeeze of lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.

  3. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spread a single layer of tortilla chips on the tray. Top with about ¾ of the shredded cheese and the cooked chicken. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  4. Remove the tray from the oven and add the remaining ingredients: jalapenos, tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and scallions. Top with the remaining cheese. Return to the oven for another 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

  5. Top with mashed avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy!
