Red, White, & Bleu Sliders
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 pkg. Broad Street Butcher burgers
2-3 slices sharp white cheddar cheese, torn into pieces
4 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
4 oz. jarred roasted or pickled red peppers, roughly chopped
½ white onion, minced
1 pkg. (8) brioche dinner rolls or slider buns
Directions
Grill the burgers over high heat to desired doneness. Two minutes before pulling the burgers off of the grill, top each of them with a piece of sharp white cheddar and about 1 tbsp. of crumbled bleu cheese. Shut the grill lid to allow cheeses to melt slightly.
Transfer burgers to buns and top with chopped red peppers and white onion.
