Chop Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

12 oz. Broad Street Butcher ground beef

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp mayonaise

2 sub rolls

1/2 head of romaine lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Set a sauté pan over medium heat, then add the ground beef. Cook the ground beef, breaking apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through.

  2. Assemble sandwiches: spread about 1 tbsp of ketchup and 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on the inside of each sub roll. Then, fill each roll with ground beef, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato, and top with warm beer cheese.
